Welcome to the Ziqo Support Center.
Ziqo is a digital platform that enables individuals and businesses (Sellers) to list products and services and allows interested buyers to discover, connect, and communicate directly with them.
Ziqo does not act as an intermediary in transactions, does not process buyer payments, and does not hold funds on behalf of users. All transactions, negotiations, payments, delivery, and fulfillment are strictly handled between buyers and sellers.
How Ziqo Works
For Sellers
- Create a seller profile

- Receive inquiries from interested buyers
- Communicate directly with buyers
- Manage pricing, availability, and fulfillment
For Buyers
- Browse posts
- View seller information
- Contact sellers directly
- Agree on pricing, delivery, and payment terms
Communication on Ziqo
Ziqo currently uses WhatsApp (a service provided by Meta Platforms Inc.) as the primary communication channel between buyers and sellers.
This means:
- Buyer and seller conversations happen via WhatsApp
- Ziqo does not host or store messaging infrastructure at this stage
- Users must have an active WhatsApp account to communicate
WhatsApp Availability Disclaimer
- If WhatsApp experiences downtime, communication between buyers and sellers may be affected
- Ziqo will not be responsible for missed messages or delayed responses caused by third-party outages
- Users are encouraged to use alternative contact methods where available
Ziqo will transition to a built-in messaging system in future updates.
